I have read an article at DataViz about Activesync of
Outlook objects (Mailbox/Contacts/Calendar) to
PDA Phones.
Has anyone actually done this?  The owner of the

I know OWA (Outlook Web Access) but not
OMA.

Need help on the following issue.
I have install Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 and is working well, OWA & OMA
on my O2 XDA IIi. But when i install the Windows Sharepoint Service on the
same server and configure as per the documentation
ActiveSync, Exchange 2003 SP2, firewall ports20 Dec 2005 13:11 GMT2
I heard that Exchange 2003 SP2 will not require to open the ports on
the firewall in order to have ActiveSync working with handheld over the
air(GPRS).  Does anyone know if it is true?
Secondly, I am not quite clear how Exchange 2003 communicates with

Situation before SP2:
two Frontend servers on NLB. EAS enabled. I use iPaq to do EAS
After SP2 installation:
OMA gives compile errors after installing SP115 Dec 2005 12:01 GMT4
I get the following output in IE6 when connecting to

I have a user with a Samsung i730. I recently set up OWA behind a ISA
2004 server. The samsung, using a verisign certificate, can get to OMA

I have looked all over Google and Technet, and tried all sorts of
suggestions, but still can't get a Treo 650 to Activesync over the air.
Here is my config:

I have a Palm Treo 650 connecting to ActiveSync via Versamail. It is
connecting well to the Exchange server via SSL, however, Calendar items
are showing as 1 hour behind the time shown in the email client (which

What Does Not Work:
1. ActiveSync (AUTD) - Sync When New Items Arrive(InBox).
2. EventId 11324 and 10310 never appear in Application Log on Exchange

After the reinstallation of my Exchange 2003 server, no one can have an
offline address book anymore. Any time we click on the Send / Receive
button, we get an error message (0x80040119 (unknown error) was the last).

the following error message on our mobile devices.
Your account in Microsoft exchane server dows not have permission to
synchronize with your current settings. Contact your exchange server
