Active Sync not working when mailbox contains many calendar items25 Oct 2005 21:15 GMT2
Server ActiveSync doesn't work when the user's mailbox contains many
calendar items. On mailboxes with a "normal" amount of calendar items no
problem exists.
The following event appears in the front end server application log, when

I am going to have a few users working of site for 3 months where RDP and
VPN are blocked by the firewall (So I can not have users access email from
our Terminal Server or VPN).  I want to set up OWA but the Outlook clients
are setup as follows:

One of our users has a calendar item that is causing a sync_5 problem. How
do identify the calendar item that is causing the error? I've turned on
verbose logging on the device and can see it's in the first 100 items it
tries to sync but no idea where to go from here ...

I became crazy. I can't syncronize a QTEK PocketPc with an Exchange 2003.
My Exchange FreontEnd server: Windows 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 SP1 (OWA, OMA
working fine, HTTPS access only with SSL and using form based)
My Exchange BackEnd server: Windows 2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 SP1
