I use Microsoft's Small Business Server 2003, with Exchange Server 2003 built-in for email. I would like to set up employee smartphone to synchronize off the air as we have a plan with AT&T/Cingular (not to mention that it's useful when on the road).

I am running an exchange server and I use a different exchange server at work. I would like for my smartphone to check the email for both. I know I could POP one of the accounts, but that seems to use up alot of juice (getting all the headers every time) and it is synchronized.

I hope, someone can help me. I'm just trying since a few days to synchronise my iPAQ H6340 with the Exchange Server 2003. The Server is running on Windows 2003 Server. Active Directory is running on the same machine. I installed latest SP and Hotfixes.
