Win2k, E2k all Windows patches (I think Windows Update covers Exchange patches...if not, maybe that's my answer right there)...but anyway. We hit the 16GB limit. I've done KB 828070 to help clean that up. All-told I've deleted over a GB of mail last night before backup or online ...
