I am running an Exchange 2000 SBS server. My client is using public folders containing calendar/contact items. Is there any way to get rid of items over a certain age eg. items over 6 months out of date?

Where specifically are the messages in the Deleted Items Recovery located for each mailbox? I understand that the mailbox counts and size are updated when an email is "soft" deleted, so the message must be kept somewhere. Thanks for the help in advance.

Where do I go and how do I delete corrupt email in mailboxes at the top of the Information Store in Exchange2000?? Several users' mailboxes have corrupt messages in them and Vertias 9.1 gives me an error message and fails the back up.
