Are there any known design limits to the information store for Exchange 2000 Enterprise Edition? Either individual store limits, user mailbox limits, and number of databases per server?

I have an Echange 2000 Server with a mail enabled public folder. A duplicate folder exists with a duplicate smtp address. The duplicate can only be seen in an address search. Any ideas on how to delete the duplicate object

I need to import an old Pub1.edb database from a dead Exchange 2000 server into a new Exchange 2003 server (that has an empty Public store). The old server doesn't exist anymore, all I have is Pub1.edb and .stm, and the log files.

I have a huge problem. The Information Store Service doesn't start with the event IDs 9525, 1121 and 5000. The article 305392 in the KB seems to answer to this problem. Anyway, after check, all the rights are well.

How do I go about doing this? Configure the SMTP virtual server to allow relay. Specify the IP addresses that are allowed to relay through the Exchange server.

I have created other Storage Groups in Exchange 2003 and would like to delete the default First Storage Group that I am not using. Are there any issues with deleting it as the System Attendant mailbox is there? Thanks.

I've reinstalled Exch. after drive failure and are now running on a new storage database. Have now after a week found an backup of the old database and would like to export all those mail to .pst-files.

We're running Exchange 2000 Standard edition and we're dancing on the 16.383 GB store limit. I understand that you add the EDB and STM file sizes together, but which numbers? The size on disk (command prompt has same numbers) or the numbers in Explorer? Explorer's numbers look
