I have the mailbox manager set to purge e-mails from clients' spam folders (we're using CloudMark). The mailbox manager works for some users but not others. Is this a permissions issue?

I need to query the information store for the age of the emails it contains. For example I need to find all items received before 2002. The standard management software doesn't appear to allow this. Does anyone know of a 3rd party tool that will allow me to do this? Thanks
