We recently stood up another mail server (2007) from our parent company. I would like to migrate the GAL from my our parent company. They are running Exchange 2003. Any suggestions on how I can move their GAL into our server?

I'm looking to add an HT/CA server to our Exchange 2007 environment. We already have 2 x mailbox servers (CCR) and one HT/CA server. Do I need an Exchange standard or enterprise licence for the new HT/CA server? Thanks in advance.
