We currently have Exchange 2003 and IIFP syncing our GAL with another
trusted forest.  I want to install Exchange 2007 and coexist in our forest.
Will I be able to keep syncing our gal with the other forest using IIFP?

Hi, my company has just merged with another to form a new company and as

offices with 3 separate similarly named domains. The company we are merging
with has one domain with 5 offices and 5 sub-domains.

2000.  I will be installing a new server, installing Exchange 2007 standard
and migrating the public folders and mailboxes to the new server.
I understand that Microsoft does not recommend the front-end ...

How to have a failover on each role of Exchange 2007:
Mailbox
Hub transport
Edge transport

Does Exchange 2007 have any concept of instant messaging - something like
MSN Messenger but used internally on the LAN?

We are moving forward to exchange 2007.  At this time we are about to build
up the Client Access / Hub Transport servers for this setup.  There will be
two servers shareing the role of CA and Hub Transport.  I do not want to make
the mistake of setting the disks based on 2003 ...

I have got the task to move exchange 2003 server over to an exchange 2007.
Auer 2003 is also the domain controller, is there any guides on the net for
completely remove the old box from the network?
We also have several domains on the Exch.  2003 box.

We currently have 800 Exchange 2003 mailboxes, most of which are only a
couple of hundred MB, however, at least 20-30 are 500-1GB, 20-30 are 1GB-2GB,
and 10-15 are 2-5GB. We use barracuda as our primary filter, then run
additional filtering on an FE server, and have 1 BE server.
