I am up against the wall as far as our e-mail capacity is concerned. I can always buy more disk space, but I can't buy more hours in the day. Our backups are taking forever, our restores frequently fail, and if we ever go down, we're going down hard.

I plan to migrate 2 Exchange 5.5 servers to 2003. I planned to have an OWA box as a front end server and a SMTP box for sending messages. Also I will have an ISA server in the DMZ zone and an IAS server for VPN

Currently my front-end and back end Exch2000 (will migrate to Exch2003) are "inside" the network. I would like to follow recommendations and put ISA server and put Exch front-end "behind" the ISA.
