I did an Outlook 2k to 2k3 upgrade for one of my users last week (uninstall, reboot machine then update Office2k3 installation) and the first time that Outlook 2k3 opened up the mailbox it duplicated a number of the folders (calendar, contacts, tasks drafts) but not inbox.
