installation of TMG i can't find this file anywhrer. Please help me to

I have several clients on my network in which the Microsoft Firewall Client

I have two tmg servers set up in an array.    Both are running as virtual
clients on a windows 2008 R2 hyper-V server

If such filter is written in 2004SDK, is it compatible with ISA Server 2006 ?
Or is more suitable to build it in 2006SDK and will it run also with ISA

I am using the ISA SDK 2004 with ASP.NET to add\remove Domain Name sets. this
works fine on the development machine connecting remotely to the ISA Server.
but when i install the ASP.NET app onto the ISA server in IIS it says access
denied only when i try to add a new Domain Name ...
