I want to modify the registry (HK_Current_User) on my WinXP clients to use a
specific font in Outlook.  I think the best way to do the modifcation is in
GP.
Where in GP do I configure to deliver the registry modification?  I have
found several places that seem like it could be done.  Of the ones I have
tested so far, none of them work.

I have windows 2003 servers.

Try posting in microsoft.public.windows.group_policy for the most expert
