Hello All:

After installing Windows Server 2008 and using uit for a short period of
time, I have discovered that the file amager worked a couple of times and
then stopped working. Whenever I attempt to download from Tewchnet a program
or program key it tells me that the file manager has stopped working and it
does not download the file. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks for
any and all responses.

Hello aestone,

Temporarily disable any browser pop-up blockers, including IE's and others
which may be included with a third-party search toolbar, such as Google's
or Yahoo's.

Also try this:
- Delete cookies and browser cache
- Try accessing Subscriber Downloads from an alternate location and/or an
alternate computer

Best regards
