Need to plan for a new client. 15 XP Pro wks's. Will need Exchange, Terminal
Services (for 6 users), AD. They run ACT as a CRM program that interfaces
with Sage Timberline. All needs to interact with Outlook & Exchange. Thinking
of using at least 2 servers. In the best of all worlds, what would be the
best way to set this up?

Thanks in advance

Since this is a small network, you might consider an SBS2003 server and a
separate W2003 server running TS.

microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services

At first I was considering that approach, but aren't you limiting yourself to
one DC with SBS? If they grow and/or open a branch office, wouldn't that be
an issue?

SBS is limited to a single Domain and 75 CAL's (users and /or devices), no
"trusts", and a few other contraints, but permits as many Domain Controllers
as you want to purchase ( and use as Domain Controllers) or member servers.
Begining with the R2 release the CAL coverage is expanded to cover
additional servers such as subsequent Exchange Server CAL licenses.
