A customer of mine is having a problem on one of his DCs. He wants to install
the R2 CD (2nd CD) but has already installed SP2. The error he is getting is
as follows:

"Setup cannot continue because this product disk is incompatible with the
service pack installed on this computer."

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

he can create a slipstream version for the contents of both CDs:
Copy the contents of each CD to a separate folder on the harddisk.
After downloading the full SP, open a command prompt and issue for each of
the CDs the command
filename_of_sp2.exe /integrate:path:\CDxx
where CDxx stands for the folder which is pointing to the CD number.
Best greetings from Germany
Olaf
