How do i remove the need to press ctrl+alt+del at system start up in Win2k3?
and/or do an autologin (login without needing password.)

The reason for me wanting this information is because im using the computer
as a guinea pig before i fully deploy it, and am fed up with having to enter
my login credentials every time i switch it on or restart- im going to have
it on this machine for a fair while so would like a long term fix! :D Im
aware of security risks about these, and obviously will not deploy these
settings on my final server.

Thanks in advance,
Darren.

Open Local Security Policy [secpol.msc] and go to security settings/local
policies/security options and find interactive logon:do not require
ctrl+alt+del and set it to enabled.  --- Steve

Thanks it worked a charm :)
How about a registry edit to auto login? I know there was one for Win 200
but i cant remember what it is, and whether it will work on 2k3?

Thanks again
