We have just installed a Terminal Server (2003 Application Server
mode) for a client who is running SBS 2003. At this site, there is no
link to allow users to connect to the terminal server.

In other networks, with a terminal server, the Terminal Server shows
up on the Remote Web Workplace page with a link labeled "Connect to my
company's application-sharing server".

This link is not displayed on this particular client'sRWW page, and I
cannot figure out a way to connect to the terminal server through
remote web workplace.
The only differences that I can see between the RWW sites where the
Terminal Server is available as a link and the sites where it is not
available are:

1. At sites without RWW link to Terminal Server, SBS is on separate
subnet from TS; Sites with the link have SBS and TS on same subnet

2. At sites with an RWW link to Terminal Server SBS, there are no
Windows workstations for users to connect to through RWW, only a
terminal server; Sites that do not have the link have Windows
workstations for users to connect to through RWW

was it added to the domain using the Server Management Console and then joined using http://servername/connectcomputer?

I tried to add it using the /connectcomputer URL, but I kept getting
errors, so I just did it the old fashioned way. I got an error 403.6
indicating that I was not authorized to view that page. I think this
is an IIS restriction that says the host that is attempting to connect
to that URL must be on the same subnet. I am looking in IIS manager
now to see if I can locate this restriction.

I have been through IIS through and through (actually shut down remote
access to OWA and Exchange yesterday...But it's back up now) trying to
allow remote connections to the /connectcomputer page. I can't even
open the page from teh SBS. Where should I start on this?
