Possibly (and I don't let this be installed via autoupdate on servers; I
block it via group policy) but it's hard to say with so little info.

You are probably able to access the site, you just don't know it yet.
IE7 throws up an extra screen when you attempt to view a site whose
certificate name does not match the name your entered.
Try browsing to the site again, and if you see the option "CONTINUE TO
THIS WEBSITE (NOT RECOMMENDED)", click on it.
