What methods are available to switch from the Action Pack SBS 2003 to

Leythos, back in 2004 in a SBS chat session it was posted that "The
Microsoft Action pack is Not-for-distribution (NFD) software and should be
fine for upgrade to Full Packaged Product (FPP)."

Don't know if this helps or not.

Yea, I know that the AP is NFD, and neither is any of the software in
it. I had a client that was scammed by their previous IT company and
they were sold the AP, and the chap removed all of their XP/Office
stickers/keys and took the....

Long story short, MS would not allow them to purchase retail and keep
using SBS or Office 2003, they said that they had to format the machines
(all of them) and reinstall from scratch. I found a tool that changes
the product key for Office and XP and used their new retail keys and
even belarc shows the new retail keys - the SBS had to be wiped and
reinstalled. I just wondered if they were a product key changer for SBS
or if I could do an in place upgrade from SBS 2003 Prem (pre-R2) to SBS
Prem R2 and not have any loss of config/systems?
