Our companies domainname is lets say "wp.wp-partners.nl"
our website is "www.wp-partners.nl"

In my DNS server in the cached lookups under NL I get WP and under WP I get
my local machine names with the external website address.

Also when I use "nslookup www.microsoft.com" I get
Non-authorative answer "www.microsoft.com.wp-partners.nl" with the IP-adres
of "www.wp-partners.nl"
I have option 015 in my dhcpserver set as "wp.wp-partners.nl"

Please advise

This sounds like a wildcard record issue in the wp-partners.nl zone. This
combined with your DNS suffix search list produces this behavior.

you must delete  dns suffixe  in TCP/IP configuration of your cards if
there is.

Why?
This adds the suffix to the connection specific suffix and to the DNS suffix
search list. Neither of which can I think of a reason to need.
Since they use a Wildcard record, any specific name not in your local zones
will resolve to the Wildcard record IP. If this suffix gets searched first,
every non-FQDN will resolve to the wildcard address.
