Hello All

This is a real basic / dumb question. I assume that I need a sound card  in
my 2003 terminal server to have sound redirected to my client, but do I also
need that same sound card installed on the client computer? Or do I just
need to have the sound card installed in the server ?

Thanks for help in advance

You will need a sound card installed on both the server and the client.
They do not need to be the same.

As far as my knowledge goes . you have an RDP sound driver that can be
activated on the server without hawing a physical sound card installed on
the server....
On the RDP client side you certainly need to have a sound card installed

Am I wrong ??
