hay i hope i am in the right group in the owner account which is a "computer meneger" i can't change the explorer tools. ehrn i try to go to tools-> internet option it says that it can't go in there and go to the system meneger. how can i change it? thanks It's likely been restricted via Group Policy by another Administrator.
