When different users inside the terminal server session copy and paste in
any of the MS Office aplicactions, at one point at the moment one of the
users copy, a message appears telling "Impossible to clear the Clipboard", I
have not the message in English, so it is just a translation and not the
literal error message.

Any idea of how can I solve this problem?

Thank you

Which OS are you running on the Terminal Server?
Which ServicePack level are you on?
Which version of Office are you running?

Assuming 2003, without SP1, and Office 2003:

840872 - You may not be able to paste an item in an Office 2003
program after you connect to a Windows Server 2003-based server that
is running Terminal Server
