I have looked everywhere for the correct procedure to install access 97
(thats the only comment needed) on a windows 2003 terminal server.  Any help

It's no different than installing it on Windows NT or W2K.
Put the server in install mode ("change user /install") and perform
the installation. Run the Application Compatibility Scripts for
Office97, and you're good to go.
You will have to copy the ACS from a NT4 or W2K TS, or download
them from a website, since they are not included with Windows 2003
anymore.
