Hi,

We have several clients that use the same application in Windows 2000 TS,
almost all user wotk well but some users complains that the application is
very slow. i think it's related to the user account, but i don't know where
to start and what to check.

Tanks for your help,

Orlando Gomes

Have you seen this performance difference with your own eyes? Some
users are much more demanding than others :-(

When you are convinced that there really is a performance
difference, check first if it follows the user, or the client
device / network location.

If it is user depended, I would start to delete their profile and
give them a new default profile.
