İnstalling a program in XP

Im a student İTÜ in Turkiye. And in some labs university
installed an XP version usin like NT. but those machines
dont give any permission to install any small aplications.
But other those who use NT 4.0 does. Can you help me What
I must ask from an administrator to have an installation
permission for XP version.

You'll have to ask for administrator rights.
Note that most administrators will not give this right to normal users,
because the computers become unmanageable.
