Hi,

I have a win2k terminal server with 5 users. The box is a new Dell with
1.5Gig ram and 1.8gighz Celeron. The users use Quickbooks, MS-office 2002
pro, ACT and Internet Explorer.

We are running into lots of lockups and freezing at the client end as well
as when logged in directly to the console. I've tried using the performance
monitor to track down the problem. It does not seem to be related to CPU
usage or RAM usage. Any ideas. I also did a spyware audit and that came up
clean. I've heard that there can be issues with spoolsv.exe and printing but
How to isolate the problem.

Mike
