MS DTC failed to start

MS DTC failed to start on NT 4.0 server. Error from Event
Viewer: Could not start the MS DTC transaction manager
DLL.
Please give me recommendation.

What is the error trying to start the service

If you manually try starting the service from a command prompt.
net start msdtc
