I've tried to uninstall my operating system NT 4.0.
How to do this?

Allready tried that at DOS window with no succes.

When I boot my PC it goes straight to status where I can
only choose between NT 4.0 or NT 4.0 (VGA) and PC doesn't
react to any function keys then.

I appreciate any help.

You cannot uninstall NT.  You can reformat the drive and install a new
operating system on that drive to get rid of it.  What did you want in its
place?  I'm imagine you didn't want to just get rid of NT and be left with
an OSless machine, right?  So just install your OS of choice, but be sure to
backup your files and format the drive prior to installing the new OS.

Try creating a boot floppy consistent with the version
of Windows you are trying to install.
