We are running out of IP addresses and would like to add
another range of IP addresses.  We have use static IP and
not DHCP.  I put the new ip address in the PC but cannot
find the domain server to logon.  What configuration on
the server and PC I need to do to make it work.  Thanks.

You need a router to connect different subnets, even if they are on the same
physical LAN.

There are alternatives such as changing your subnet mask which will give you
more hosts but this will involve change the mask on all PC's and routers
etc.

Adjust the Subnet mask size on the server so that it will
read the traffic from more subnets.
