NT logon-crtl alt delete nothing happens

Trying to logon to NT 4.0 workstation. I do crtl-alt-
delete to get to login screen and nothing happens. Anyway
to bypass this to get to files??? Please email response
to melmjd@comcast.net

Have you tried replacing the keyboard?
