When I try to connect the machine that is the PDC in NT 4.0 to a printer
that is installed on workstation, I get the message that the RPC Server is
not available.  I looked at Services in the Control Panel and found the RPC
Locator and RPC Service are "started" [Automatic].  I was able to make the
connection and print a test page just two days ago.  What should I look for
that would have casued the change?

Print Spooler and IPC$ at the client.
