hello
anybody know how i expand an logical drive in winnt sp4?
Based on a 4 Disk HW Raid5 Array.
I put another disk into server and extended the array
That works as usual...
But in NT4 how can I extend the logical volume without
destroying any data ?
-- diskpart.exe ?
-- veritas volume manager ?
Thanks and greetz from Switzerland

I have used Volume manager succesfully in NT and 2000 but of course this is
not supported by MS. Just make sure you have good backups and stay away from
NT volume sets,  these can be unstable and if you ever lose you operating
system you can lose your data if the volume set cannot be foudn during
reinstall of the OS.
