We've tried several times to install NT 4.0 Server on a
box and each time the install gets to installing the TCPIP
or Network it hangs. No errors just hangs there for ever.

Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the nic, get the OS installed and the try adding the hardware
possibly getting the manufacturer's latest Windows NT driver from their web
site.

An addendum to the follow up post:
You may need to do the following after installation of
Windows NT:
1. Install Service Pack 6a
2. Add the adapter card
3. Install the latest driver
4. Install Windows NT networking (from CD)
5. DON'T REBOOT
6. Reapply Service Pack 6a
7. Reboot.
