windows nt 4.0 server and serial ata

i got a serial ata hard disk (maxtor).
i cant install the nt 4 server, because it does not
recgonize the disk.
it need a driver for the disk?
where can i find one?
does nt support sata?

Yes you need the drivers supplied with your SATA Disk
controller hardware on a floppy diskette.
Press F6 before the Windows NT Blue setup screen appears
during the "Scanning for hardware" message to specify
correctly your SATA drivers.
