Problem with PAINT

HI,
I try to open an image (JPEG) with paint but the program
not start. The system display a message of Dott. Watson
and not open image.
Can you help?

 I think MSPaint only supports JPEG if you have Office installed. For NT,
you also need to update MSPAINT and one or two DLL's. I think the updated
MSPAINT has a silver colored icon. The old one is gold.

 If I remember right, you only need to copy and overwrite MSPAINT.EXE and
MFC42U.DLL. Double-check dates and version information (right-click and
choose properties), and only replace if the files are newer.

MSPaint for Windows NT only support BMP, and DIB bitmap
files.
To view JPEG files, use the freeware viewer IrfanView
available at: http://www.irfanview.com
