logoff disabled

Someone has set my NT Workstation to automatically logon
as "user".  I now need to logon as "Administrator" to
make some changes, but the "Logoff" button is disabled.  
How can I get logged back in as "Administrator"?

Restart the machine holding the shift key at logon.
