Is there an way, to update the files on a WinNT
Insallation-CD with the ServicePack files like it is
possible in Windows 2000 (update.exe -
s: "InstallationFilesDirectory")

No. This was introduced in Win2k and cannot be done with NT4.

No. The existence of such a CD seems to be an urban (geek) legend.
You will see BSODs if you try.

This is known as "slipstreaming". Windows NT does not have this
capability. Not too great a handicap if one uses a separate cd-r with
the desired service pack and any other updates desired for installation.
