I'm installing a old copy of my NT 4.0 on a old computer
of mine that I'm planning on using as a Proxy.  The
original floppies are toast, as floppies usually are after
a few years.  Any how I remember that one can recreate the
floppies from the CD which still works, but can not
remember how.  One good thing they did on 2000 was make
that tool very findable.

Thanks tons to anyone who can remember.

Load the NT CD into any computer, and run this:
x:\I386\WINNT /OX
where x: is the CD drive. Have 3 floppies ready, and something to label
them with.

Greetings --

You may not need to use the floppies, as all legitimate WinNT CDs
were themselves bootable. (You may need to re-arrange the order of
boot devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)

If you PC cannot boot from the CD, run "x:\i386\winnt.exe /OX."
(where x: is the drive letter of your CD.  This will create the setup
diskettes for you.
