Non-administrator NT share access

I have a problem.  I have 2 Windows NT 4 servers (PDC and BDC).  On the PDC
unit, my normal (non-administrator) type  user accounts can not access the
"shared" directories but an administrator type account user can.  The
sharing set up (permissions) are supposed to be the same as my BDC system,
which does not have any problems.

Where do I start looking for info on correcting this?????

Check NTFS permissions, if user has not enough NTFS rights set, he cannot
access objects on disk even he has full rights defined through sharing
permissions.
