administrator password

client has forgotten administrator password and any other
user logging into NT40 server does not have administrator
privledges. need to get logged in to server and change
administrator password.any suggestions??

If this is on a Domain you can do this with the Domain Admin login but if a
stand alone you will need third party tools. Search the Internet for lost
admin password and you will find some ways. Sysinternals.com also has tools
to do this.
