Windows NT 4.0 workstation boot disk

I need to make a NT bootdisk, but I don't have NT, so
could anybody tell me where I can get :

ntdetect.com
ntldr
boot.ini

ANY help would be appreciated!!  I'm at the end of my
straw!!!

The files ntdetect.com and ntldr are found in the i386 folder of the Windows
NT CDROM. Boot.ini is a file that is generated when NT is installed into a
computer and this it could be machine-specific. For a usable NT boot disk,
a floppy diskette that had been previously formatted in a NT machine is also
needed.
