Add quick input method in Chinese Windows NT4 Workstation

Dear all,

My Chinese NT 4.0 Workstation does not have quick input method. How can I
install the quick input method?

Thanks Dave,

It should be Quick (??/?? in Chinese) which is a Chinese input method to
type in Chinese characters.
