Hi.

I'm running WinNT and need to set up codecs for .wma, specifically for
converting .wma files to .wav for easy import into our radio automation
system. I have tried several different codec installers but all of them
fail.

If you have successfully .wma codecs please share your knowledge.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jon,

Setting up multi-media codecs on NT4 can be a VERY MESSY affair. Have a
look here for a few helpful tips:

http://nt4ref.zcm.com.au/media.htm

Microsoft also provide packages for Media Player V6.4 (the last media
player for NT4) here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/format/codecdownload.aspx

(scroll down the page for the stuff relating to WMP6.4)

Hope this info helps,

Calvin.
