My Comuter will not boot!

My computer will not boot. When it starts to boot up it goes to a blue screen
that says INACESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE. then it says if it the first time you have
seen this message reatart and if it happens again which it has, delete the
last thing on your hard drivew that you installed. i do not know what the
last thing on my hardrive is but i dotn know how to get to it if i cant boot
up my computer. please help me! if you know whats wrong or im doing something
wrong, please let me know...that you!
