How to restore desktop icons

For some reason, my desktop icons were all changed to Outlook icon, in fact,
it seems outlook icon lays on top of my desktop icons. I tried changing
icon, but it didn't do anything. Please help. Thanks.

Delete the file called shelliconcache and then restart and that should fix
the icons.
