"KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED address a001f651 has base at a0000000 -
win32k.sys". Do anybody some idea? Thanks.

A Stop in Win32k.sys usually indicates a problem with one of two things.
This is not a rule, but a good place to start.

The first thing to look at would be printer drivers.  The second thing would
be some sort of 3rd party remote control software.
