I see no reason why it would not. Your motherboard chipset may cause you trouble
however. Which chipset are you intending to use NT4 on ?  There have been
varying reports of problems attempting to instal / use Windows NT4 Workstation
or Server on Intel chipsets later than the i845, but a lot of this material is
still 'hearsay' at the moment.
