I have Windows NT 4.0. How do I create a toolbar with a
Quick Launch option?

Hi Brian,

Short answer is you don't :-)  Quicklaunch is NOT part of the native NT4.0 OS
User Interface.

You can add this feature by installing IE4.0 or later (it adds the 'active
desktop' update which gives all this 'flash and glitter')

Before you rush out and do this though, I urge you to seriously consider whether
you need the feature. The Active Desktop update has long been acknowledged as
the single biggest contributor to instability on an NT4.0 system - and as such,
in my opinion, is not worth the trouble it causes.
